In search of free PSN codes, I came across this site (http://cartesplaystationnetwork.com) that offers to sign up via mobile and then unsubscribe later to obtain a code for free, but I was wondering if there were any risks of getting my credit drained for nothing or something like that?

I have doubts about your site, the PSN is free on PlayStation once registered if you want to buy games or anything else, you go to transaction management to top up, you enter your password and follow the rest, there are also cards that you activate on your PlayStation with codes from game merchants like "Micro Mania, Doc Game, etc... in my opinion, it's the safest way.
