Company address: Room 605, No. 10, North Jinzhou Road, Cangshan District, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province, China
Not necessarily a scam but LONG delays, unknown quality.. Reliability of customer service unknown.. And no recourse other than amicable solutions in case of problems..
Christmas is out of the question, okay for Easter at best..

Extremely disappointed with the customized 3D lamp, the design is extremely poorly done (handmade). I paid €50 for it (including shipping costs). I don't usually leave reviews on products, but this one I ordered was a complete disappointment.

I ordered at the end of January and received my order on March 1st. Since it comes from China, don't rely on the delivery time displayed on the website; you should expect about 1 month
but the plate I ordered is very pretty, the photo is beautiful and not pixelated
so it's not a scam, just plan your gift in advance, a lot in advance.

Hello, I do not recommend this site at all. They ship quickly, but when the merchandise doesn't arrive, which is my case, they mark delivery: not delivered.
I've messaged them three times since December 29, but there has been no response from them and of course no refund, since they are ignoring me.

In mid-February, seeing that I still had no response, I sent a first email, and they replied saying it was on the way...
15 days later, still nothing, I sent another email and they responded again that it was on its way. It wasn't until early March that I received part of my order (the clock), but still no news about the case. I sent another email and they told me it was coming. I then sent two more emails and always received the same response but still no case in the mailbox.
Frustrated, I finally asked for a refund. I had to send two more emails before they started talking about the refund, but now it's been 15 days and still no refund because they want to refund me 13 euros on an item paid for 29 euros.
And of course, when you send an email, you have to wait 3/4 days for a response.
DO NOT ORDER, YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY.

Attention, package not received and they don't want to refund the full amount! It's theft! Site to avoid at all costs! SCAM!!
I ordered a customizable 3D basketball player lamp. The delivery time was very long. The item is not worth the price even at 50%; it actually arrived in several pieces because it was unglued, and I am really disappointed with the very thin wood. After making a complaint (photo sent), I was treated like a fool and was told that I should open the plastic packaging and that I should place the lamp on a table. I also told them that the item was not worth the price, and they replied that there was a lot of work, while a 12-year-old child could do the same thing in arts and crafts. After 12 emails, they offered me a 30% refund. So I accepted, as I couldn’t return the personalized item. Then after 13 emails, they offered to remake it and give me a bracelet as well. I refused since I had accepted the 30% refund.
Certainly, they offer very nice things, but are they worth the price? They take advantage of paying little to small Chinese manufacturers, and we pay for an item well above its value.
Finally, I find these people very disrespectful to their customers, treating them like idiots.
Even though I am attracted to some items, I will not order again because if you need to return the item, I don't dare to think about the hassle on top of the cost.
