I am very dissatisfied with my first order on laModeuse.com. I did not receive the package even though it is marked as delivered, and the customer service is giving me the runaround. I have NEVER had problems with other sites.

    I advise against this site. I had the same disappointment. Customer service provides no concrete justification. First order as well and incomplete delivery. I had to justify the condition of the package received with photos. No document in the package, no preparation slip at a minimum. It's a pointless dialogue. They respond that on their side the order was perfectly prepared and executed. They tell you their video proves it. No concrete evidence, just empty talk. In short, not serious at all. Not only is my order incomplete, but I also have to forgo the refund. Scam.
