Hello, I'm explaining to you. When I go to my eyes only on Snapchat, most of my videos are gray, and when I click on them, it redirects me to the next one, and so on until there’s one that is visible. I can't export it, send it, share it, or edit it... Thank you for your understanding, and please help me as soon as possible.

    Hello, I have exactly the same problem but for me it's all my snaps. I've got over a year and a half on there and I don't know what to do. Who can help me? Thank you.

      Same for me... Apparently, I need to update it and then clear the cache (in the snap settings). However, I've already done that and it doesn't work...

      It doesn't work, I tried...
      We upload photos and videos to make sure we can retrieve them whenever we want and that no one can see them, and great!
