Hello,
I'm reaching out to you because I have a problem with my Canon mx475 printer that I bought 4 years ago. The issue is that when I print a photo in color or monochrome, I get horizontal stripes. I've done the head cleaning, roller cleaning, and alignment of the print heads; I've completed all the maintenance options available in the printer menu and the PC settings, and it's still the same.
I looked online for instructions to dismantle and clean the print heads, but I couldn't find anything for this model. I've cleaned and reset all the printer settings, but there's been no change, so I’m hesitant to go further with disassembly. If someone knows about this and can tell me why there are stripes and what it might be caused by, I would really appreciate it.
The software is up to date.
