Hello,

The camcorder does not turn on when I plug it in. It's as if there is no power. I tried to see if the charger was providing power with my tongue and there was a charge.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 86.0.4240.183

    Hello, you plug your charger into the camcorder and there's no charge, no indicator light. You need to test the charger with something other than your tongue, using a multimeter.

      If your charger works, a charge indicator on your camcorder should show it, or if you leave your charger plugged in, your camera should operate with the power on/off, and after 2 hours, your battery should power your camcorder.

    Usually when I plug in the charger, there is a red light. Currently, it is not lit.
