Hello,

I have a problem with my camcorder that shows on the screen " condensation, operation paused" or asks me to remove the protector (cap) even though it is removed, I can't use it...
What should I do? Can someone help me???

Thank you in advance for taking my message

    JVC Camcorder F1.2

The manual recommends using a USB cable,

without results I bought a capture card (Fire-wire), without results.

The camcorder is not recognized by the PC (I loaded the CD)

Can you help me? Thank you.

I'm sorry, I can't help you, but know that I also have this camcorder and the same issues; it's been in the hands of several competent people in IT but with no results. Ultimately, this camcorder is a piece of junk... so if one day you find the solution, let me know, and I will do the same. GOOD LUCK.

How can I view the content of my camcorder on my PC? It doesn't work with the USB cable and I don't have the installation software. Thank you for responding.

Thank you Judex, it’s true that I really wish I could get an answer to my question after all this time!!
No one has answered me! It drives me crazy knowing that it’s no longer under warranty....

    Hello,

It looks like a camcorder has moved from one place to another, where the temperature was very different, causing condensation to occur.

The problem also happens with cameras. Solution: allow the device to "acclimate" to the ambient temperature before starting operations.

Oh really??? Yet it's been a while since it displayed this message...
It's true that this camcorder has traveled a lot :-) but I didn't think that could happen.

        Hello,

So, maybe it's the camcorder that is starting to go haywire :-(

I have an SDR-S100 camcorder with an SD card. I can't import my movie clips to my Mac.

      Hello,

Do you not have a card reader or do you still know how to transfer your movies to your hard drive?
