It’s easy to know by logging in at www.gmail.com, you enter your username then click on the next button and click on the link "Forgot password?"
The account recovery questionnaire mainly depends on the information you have provided to Google, or not, for your account... Phone? Email? Pet name? Place of birth? Etc...
The list is not exhaustive; it's Google that decides.

You are not answering my question because I am trying to log in. I know my password, but I do not have access to the phone number for two-step verification because I just changed my phone number recently, which I haven’t updated. I also do not have access to the recovery email, and Google needs additional information to prove that I am the owner of the account, which I have also reported, but they keep telling me that the information I provided does not prove that I am the account owner.
