Hello, I have a Delta Freebox and I would like to use the VPN server.
I have configured the IPsec/IKEv2 and it works very well on my iPhone 7, but on my Windows 10 PC, I get the message (with the same settings as my iOS) "The IKE authentication information is not acceptable".
Thank you for your help.

    Hi,
it's not easy to say, we have little information here, maybe check the Windows system logs.
is the authentication done via a shared key?

No, I don't need a shared key, just the free domain (name.freebox.os.fr:port), my username and my password. P.S.: I tried entering a random identifier and a wrong password, the same message.

If you must, you must have a shared key somewhere to encrypt the IPSec connection, or a certificate generated by the box, in a complex version, but then it must be installed on the client.

My phone works without a sharing key, plus I'm not offered to set it up, and it's not IPSec, it's IKEv2.

Ike is IPsec, it is a key exchange protocol for encryption.

So I just misconfigured the protocol on my PC.
