Xbox Series X microphone crackling issue

Hello,
I've searched for several solutions online but none of them work... let me quickly explain the problem:
I have my wireless Xbox controller connected via a USB C cable to avoid using batteries. Unfortunately, with my microphone, I hear a buzzing sound and my friends do too.
I've tested a few situations:
1: Unplugging the USB C cable, the noise disappears (so the controller works on batteries)
2: Plugging in the USB C cable and leaving the microphone on, the noise comes back
3: Plugging in the USB C cable and muting the microphone, the noise disappears
It's very strange because the noise appears either because of the microphone or because of the cable, but only when I mute the microphone does the buzzing go away. But I could just hear my friends talk, I wouldn't be able to respond... So personally, I think it's the microphone that must have a malfunction.

I have exactly the same problem, I personally don't hear the crackling, but my friends in the group chat can hear it..
I tried with 2 different headsets, 1 pair of earbuds, and 3 controllers.. nothing works. I'm wondering if it might be coming from the Xbox... have you found a solution since or not? ???? I'm a bit fed up with not being able to talk in the group without my friends yelling because my "headset" is too noisy ????

For my part, when my friends tell me that the sound is crackling, I turn off my controller (middle button -> Turn off the controller), I unplug the microphone, I plug the microphone back in, and I turn my controller back on.
It works every time on my end; it doesn’t eliminate all the crackling, but it reduces it by at least 90%.
Hello, I have the same problem but only in game chat and not in Xbox group or Discord. Does anyone have a solution? I'm getting desperate.
