My TV switches from HDMI to DVI

Hello, we are using HDMI to watch TV and today, when we turn on our TV, we see the "HDMI" logo, then a black screen, and then HDMI changes to DVI... we don't know anything about this: the image is different and we have no sound!

Can someone please help us!?

    Hello,
    Try unplugging everything, HDMI cables, antenna and power plug, wait five minutes and plug back in.
    If there's no result and if you have access to the menu, do a "reset" or "factory settings restore" or "initial setup" or "factory reset" (see menu) but you will have to redo the entire installation and settings.

      On the soundbar, there is an HDMI input for the box and next to it, an HDMI output that goes to the TV.
      The soundbar is a Samsung M550.

    Shit, your TV has a digital coaxial output and your soundbar has a digital optical input
    I suggest you buy a converter

    Then you will connect the box directly via HDMI to the TV
    And the coaxial output of the TV to the coaxial input of the converter with a simple RCA cable
    The optical output of the converter to the optical input of the soundbar with an optical cable

    By the way, have you reset the TV?
