Jbl 5.1 510w speaker issue

Hello,
I bought the JBL 5.1 soundbar 510W two days ago and my surround speakers are not working... When I connect one, the sound works, but when I unplug both, the sound cuts off and there's nothing... I don't understand.

Configuration: Android / Chrome 86.0.4240.185

    Have you paired the rear speakers properly?
    What are they connected to? With what type of cable?

      Hello, I have the same problem with my JBL 5.1 soundbar. Once I unplug the first detachable speaker, I have sound, but as soon as I unplug the second one, I have no sound from either speaker.
