JBL Tune 220TWS Charging Issue

Hello,

I received JBL Tune 220 TWS earbuds for Christmas, so they are brand new.
I put the case with the earbuds in it to charge for a little over 2 hours. However, I can't listen to more than an hour of music without the earbuds running out of battery; when I put them back in the case, it seems like they don't charge unless I plug in the case...

Any ideas?

Hello,
I feel like my device isn't charging. It's been over 8 hours and it hasn't charged.
