HELLO, I have a problem with my landline screen, it doesn't display anymore, instead there is: 00.00, what should I do?

I was talking about the alarm clock because the manual says:
Alarm activated: the alarm time replaces the date on the screen, and the alarm icon appears on the left.
Excerpt from the manual page 28:
Make sure that the alarm is not activated.

Thank you, it's good, the date has returned to the screen, you saved me, thanks again.
I wish you a good end of the day, good evening.

    Hello,
What exactly does your screen display?
In comparison to the image below, what are the differences?
Where is the 00.00 displayed? in place of the date? what is in place of the time?

Hello, the time is correctly displayed, but for the date, it shows 00.00.

Have you tried to change the date?

Isn't there an icon representing an alarm clock?

I did what you told me, and it doesn't work. And I don't see an icon representing an alarm clock.
