Hello,
My printer is showing error code 1303 and the orange light is flashing 3 times... despite all my attempts, I haven't found any paper jams in all the recommended spots... it's still flashing and won't print... thank you for your help...

I don't know if it's possible, but if there's a way, remove the back tray that may have shifted causing the problem.
At the same time, check if there's anything suspicious at the paper entry in the printer.
