Mixed Keys On My Chromebook

Hello,
Some of my keys are mixed up on my Chromebook; for example, I can't refresh my page with the button I need to use, instead it opens a Google Translate thing or something.
With the button used for taking screenshots, it refreshes the page. I can't adjust the volume with my keyboard. All the letter keys work, but that's it.
Please help me!

Hi!
I’m not familiar with Chrome OS, but you need to go to the language and keyboard settings to check that your keyboard layout corresponds to the nationality of your keyboard’s manufacture. (azerty for French, qwerty for English, and there are many others...).
