Problem when answering calls with Huawei P30

Hello,

As mentioned in the title, I have a problem answering calls on my Huawei P30 smartphone: when someone calls me, very often I can't answer. I try pressing the little green phone or swiping the screen in every direction, but nothing works... Could you please help me? Thank you in advance.

    Hello,

    You need to place your finger in the white circle and slide it towards the green phone to answer the call.

    OK, thanks again. But one observation: when certain numbers call me (like my husband's), there is no circle, just the two small green and red phones, and if I press the green one, it works. But for other calls, I do remember that there is indeed a circle at the bottom and in the middle of the screen, but it doesn't seem to be white... I can't check since I don't have any calls at the moment... Why is there this difference?
