    Here it is, the printer is fixed!! I opened it as you advised! I put the ink cartridge in the center, cut the power supply; I don’t know anything about it, but I saw a small foam pad with black paint, so it must be from the cartridge, probably on the left side, with a stamp and a pair of tweezers tapped, closed it all up and everything is in order! Without your initial advice, I wouldn’t have dared to try, which saved me from sending it for repair
    I almost forgot, for some time now the copies have left something to be desired, so the issue was probably pending
