Despite using all the reset methods for the box described by Orange support, I am unable to restore my Livebox Play to factory settings.
What solution is available??

Hello,
Normally, there is a reset button at the back of the box, which should be sufficient.
Otherwise:
Reset the Livebox Play
Using a pointed object like a pencil or pen, press and hold the Reset button and follow the instructions on your Livebox screen.
Note: if the reset does not work with the reset button on the Livebox, you can perform this reset from the Livebox interface.
Otherwise, what kind of problems are you encountering with your box?

Yes, no problem, all these maneuvers have been made
the only thing that has been reset is the administrator password of the box

What makes you say that it is not reset?
Are you finding any elements of the config like it was before the reset?
If you had validated the option, the config is automatically restored upon first connection
Enable / Disable automatic backup -
