Livebox Play Reset

Hello,

Despite using all the reset methods for the box described by Orange support, I am unable to restore my Livebox Play to factory settings.

What solution is available??

    Yes, no problem, all these maneuvers have been made
    the only thing that has been reset is the administrator password of the box

      If the box has flashed and restarted, it is therefore normally reset...!
      What more do you want?

      If the password has been changed, then the box must have been reset automatically.

      Otherwise, what kind of problems are you experiencing with your box?

    What makes you say that it is not reset?

    Are you finding any elements of the config like it was before the reset?

    If you had validated the option, the config is automatically restored upon first connection

    Enable / Disable automatic backup

    Not wanting to save the settings of my box, I hadn't
