Hello, I have a problem with my Windows updates. I can access my updates from the Windows 10 settings, but the Windows Update service is enabled, and I've reset all my Windows Update settings.

Greetings,
I know this topic is outdated, but I’d like to add a little info (by the way, a good lead was found in the past on your site, Malekal ;) ) that might be useful.
At my place, after the SFC, DISM wouldn’t run. I then wanted to try the installation with the update executable downloaded from the Microsoft site, and upon launching it, I got an error message saying that Windows could not find the file C:\...\WindowsMachinUpdate.exe.
That’s when I remembered the article on your site mentioning a small utility called StopUpdates10. This utility was blocking a lot of things, including DISM and the installation files of WU.
The utility downloaded in portable version, unzipped, launched, and the utility indicated in English that updates were partially blocked. I clicked on "unblock" and there you go, everything was back in order.
