Gigaset AS 690 H Phone

Hello,
I just received a Gigaset AS 690 H phone, I plugged it in after following all the instructions.
I can make calls but I don't receive any; my caller hears the ringing on the other end, but I have no ring or reception.
What should I do?

If this phone is connected to a box...
Reset it by cutting off its power supply for a minute and then turn it back on.
