Hello,
I would like to put music on an SD card to play on my Neocore speaker.
I have put some on the card but there's no way to play it.
Thank you.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 86.0.4240.111

Hello,
What is the full reference of this speaker?

What format are the files on your SD card in? (e.g. MP3, OGG...)

We need to check on the PC that the SD card has a partition formatted in FAT32. Other file systems often tend to cause issues with this type of equipment like portable speakers; the controllers behind them are quite basic...

Hello
For the speaker, it's a neocore and on the card, I've saved it in mp3 format
How do I view the card partition? Please
Thank you

On the computer, with the SD card connected:
Open File Explorer and go to "This PC", where you see the different drives (your main disk, USB drives...)
You should then see your SD card. Right-click on it, then properties. Check what is written in the "file system" box.

But you haven't provided the full reference for the speaker. Neocore is just the brand, there are lots of different Neocore speakers...

I checked, it's indeed FAT32
And the speaker is a Neocore Wave A3.60 Bluetooth speaker..

Are you inserting the SD card all the way? I've read that this speaker has a type of slot where you need to push the SD card until you hear a click and then stop pushing it.
I don't know if there's a button to change the source, maybe the "M" button, like "media", unless it's for "mute"?
If possible, try with another SD card. And make sure the files are in MP3 format.
Try with different MP3 files; if their bitrate is too high, it might cause issues.
Try deleting all the files on the SD card and leaving only one audio file. Name this file on the computer "000". This is to eliminate any characters that might interfere with the SD controller of the speaker.

Also, check if the partition table of the SD card is in MBR and not GPT.
Normally, there should be no reason for it to be in GPT, so you shouldn't have to check that, but you never know.
