Configuration de la messagerie free.fr avec SFR

Hello everyone
I have a question, can anyone help me set up my FOXMAIL inbox? I just switched from the Free server to SFR, but I kept my email address *****@free.fr.
I can receive emails but I can't send them.

    Hello
    Have you tried this:

    Enable SMTP authentication:
    On the Free Subscriber Area, enter your email address and password
    Click on Manage authenticated SMTP and then on Enable.

    Summary to configure your email client:
    SMTP server (outgoing mail): smtp.free.fr
    Security method SSL / TLS port 465 (or MD5 port 587).

    POP server* (incoming mail): pop.free.fr - port 110
    IMAP server (incoming mail): imap.free.fr - port 143
