Deactivating the answering machine on a Gigaset AS 405

Hello,

I would like to know how to disable the voicemail, actually I can only make calls but I cannot receive calls, as people go directly to voicemail.

    Which model do you have, an AS405 (without an integrated answering machine - one button on the base) or an AS405A (with an integrated answering machine and multiple buttons on the base)?

    You say: "I can't receive calls because people go straight to the answering machine."
    Which answering machine? Yours or your Orange Operator's?
    When a call comes in, does the phone ring or not?
