One of my iHip bluetooth earbuds no longer produces sound.

Hello,

I have been trying for several days to find the source of my problem.
Let me explain, I bought wireless earbuds from the brand iHip via Bluetooth (the earbuds are connected to a small box with volume +/- and power buttons), everything was fine until two days ago when one of the earbuds with the shorter wire stopped working.
I've tried twisting it both ways, but nothing works, and yet the day before, it was working perfectly.
When I unplugged it, I turned them on but they didn't work.

So, I'm not sure if the problem is with the battery or if my earbud has malfunctioned (while the other one hasn't), but it's becoming bothersome.

Thank you for your future replies.
Have a great day.

Hello, has your earphones been in contact with a source of moisture?

Hello, thank you for your reply.

Maybe, I'm not sure, I was paying close attention to it.
Only one earbud is no longer producing sound, the other works perfectly.

So, I changed my phone but kept these earbuds just in case someone has a solution.

You just need to put the one that isn't working back in the case and then put the other one back in your ear. It happens often.

        Hello, thank you for replying.
        Actually, there is no case.
I got other earbuds since then.
