Hello,

Hello and happy Sunday,
I'm reaching out to your forum because my SSD keeps having issues.
- Sent it for repair 10 days after its purchase and replaced the faulty SSD,
Three weeks for repairs and a new replacement, and I'm again encountering a blue screen issue that forced me back into the BIOS where it indicated "no storage device present" ... I restarted the computer and reached the Windows screen with an update, then the computer restarted normally again and allowed me to write to you here.
The SSD seems to have a persistent problem and I'm starting to not understand anything, I tend to take care of my equipment (evidenced by my old gaming computer which still works, serves as my office computer, and is 5 years old)

Thank you in advance for your help, I wasn't sure where to place my problem and I hope I'm in the right section..

The issue occurred while playing a non-demanding video game for 30 minutes, with some noticeable freezes followed by a blue screen; the freezes had already been appearing for 2/3 days but I didn't pay attention as it was intermittent. I'm providing you with what I found in my Windows Event Viewer.

Hello Redbart, thank you for your reply but it seems I don't have ReadyBoost on my computer, I don't have any "USB flash" under ReadyBoost or anything with this technology, so where can I find it to disable it?

Nevertheless, I still don't have a solution to my blue screen problem, the report to Windows didn't even get sent, it got stuck at 0% and the computer automatically restarted ending up in the BIOS with "no storage device present" so SSD not detected.. Then the problem resolved itself when I restarted, with "Windows update in progress" written... I didn't receive any notification of any Windows update.. Then the computer restarted again and here I am back on the desktop as if nothing had happened. I admit that I rarely get blue screens (I'd say 3 times in 15 years of computing) and I need to know:
-Disable ReadyBoost?
-Why/how did I get this blue screen problem?
-How to repair the errors in the Event Viewer, and why are they there?

This is the first crash but I prefer to anticipate in case I have more unpleasant surprises.
