Blue screens or BSODs are crashes of Windows that can no longer continue to function.
These crashes have several possible sources:
- software sources: a driver crash of a device such as the graphics card, the antivirus crashing, or any other software that can load "at a low level" on Windows.
- hardware sources: hardware problems with the hard drive, defective or incompatible memory sticks, etc.

You must check if these crashes occur at particular times, for example, if it happens when you launch a video on your internet browser or a game, there is a good chance it’s due to the graphics card driver. You should then reinstall the graphics card drivers.
Also, unplug any other devices except for the keyboard/mouse (game controller, USB webcam, USB printer, etc.); if you have one of these devices, let me know, it could be a source.
