My PC is freezing Solved

Question

Hello everyone,  my problem is that my PC keeps freezing for no reason. Whether it's in programs, games, or the explorer, the PC freezes for 1 or 2 seconds, repeating every 2 minutes (even more often in games).  I've already tested all the components of the PC: RAM, HDD, GPU,... I also ran a lot of scans: Malware, Viruses (SpyBot, Kaspersky, CCleaner, A²) with no results My entire PC is up to date, Drivers and Windows.  Config:  Intel i7 980 3.33GHz RAM: 24GB Dual NVidia GTX580 Motherboard: Asus Rampage III Extreme Windows 8   please help me, I have no idea how to fix the problem. Thank you. Hello,
start by running AdwCleaner:
Information Warning:
more and more programs offer to install toolbars (Toolbars, pre-checked box), so don't forget to uncheck the corresponding boxes during the installation.

Furthermore, strongly avoid sites like 01@net (on the mend!) and Softonic, free and open-source software is repackaged with their toolbars!

AdwCleaner: Very easy to use software

1 - Download AdwCleaner and run it.

2 - The program interface will open.
Click on the Search button to start the detection; it will only take a few seconds, be patient.
The report is automatically saved at the root of your main hard drive, usually C:

3 - Close the report then click on the Delete button.
4 - Once the deletion is complete, the software will ask you to restart the computer, click on OK.
upon restarting:
5 - Post both reports, search and delete
(CTRL+A to select all, CTRL+C to copy, and CTRL+V to paste)

and:
you also have a lot of programs at startup (and that stay active all the time (of course))
Download and leave Ccleaner as it is set, it's lighter but it's safer!!!
to disable them (the programs at startup), I use ccleaner >> I open it >> tab >> tools, then >> startup and I disable!
I advise you to disable all programs (especially those you don’t know!) otherwise >> google search!
except the antivirus!
(on the 3 or 4 search engines present! if..!)
(the programs will always be there when you need them but won't "run" continuously!)
then go to the search tab, delete, then again search and delete! several times until there's nothing left
then at the end, close and restart your computer for your settings to take effect!

useless!
remove all those extensions and so-called software that supposedly help, they are often the ones that "open" the door to viruses!
Mbam once a month and Ccleaner once a week and normally you should be fine!
you can also use AdwCleaner if you notice any slowdowns!
plus an up-to-date antivirus and you're good to go!

Here I have disabled everything except the antivirus, the graphics card, and rundll32. (There is just HsMgr Application that I don't know if I should disable) But no change, still the same problem :(
