Ricoh printer not sending scans by email

Hello
I just bought a Ricoh MPC2050 printer and I want to set it up to send scans by email. I proceeded with the configuration using a Gmail account for the machine, and I set:
smtp-relay.gmail.com port 465, then I inserted the printer's email account with the code, and I tested the connection through the printer and everything is theoretically working.
However, when I try to scan and send by email, the file is not transmitted, and a message "transmission failure" appears, and I don't know what to do?
