"Unable to detect" on Brother J480 DW?

Hello,
I have a Brother J480 DW that stopped printing. When trying to reinstall the cyan cartridge (non-Brother high capacity), the screen displays the message "detection impossible." I have unplugged the device and tried several times, but it’s always the same.
