TV Connection via RJ45 Socket

Hello,

I just moved into a new residence, and I currently don't have internet. I wanted to have traditional television. However, in the apartment, there are only RJ45 sockets. I have a box in the electrical panel that allows me, if I understood correctly from my research online, to access the antenna through the RJ45 wall sockets of my choice.

Here is my question:
I have a recent television. Can I normally access television with an RJ45 wall-RJ45 television connection? (I ask this question because my attempts have not been successful)
Or do I need to invest in an RJ45-round socket cable or even in an RJ45 to HDMI?

Thank you in advance for your responses.

Florian

I didn't guess it like that... I believe this cable is a Coaxial that brings internet to your place; it's somewhat like the "Fiber" from SFR/Numéricable or others.

Here is a DOC from the box https://www.evicom-doc.fr/Produit/Notice/No_EPRJ45_4_1.pdf
and an installation Doc https://www.evicom-doc.fr/Produit/Brochure/Bro_EPRJ45_4.pdf

The Coaxial at the top right is an input from an antenna (satellite dish or antenna); if you are in an isolated or "white" area, you may be receiving via satellite... I don't know... or it's a Coax coming from the street or from a collective decoder in the condominium...

-- I suppose you can have TV in two ways with this setup:

1° -- connect a coaxial cable to the free TNT sat socket, right next to it==>to the antenna socket of your TV... and scan for channels (digitally)

2° -- connect an Ethernet RJ45 cable to one of the four sockets at the bottom===>to a TV decoder, next to the TV, which is connected via HDMI to the TV...

The connection must be made with the "RJ45" straps from the bottom of this box, to the numbered outputs 1-2-3-4 which are underneath... going to the rooms of the apartment...

That's what I deduce from your image... To understand a bit better, it would be useful to know the history of the building or the whole condominium...

It must be a collective teledistribution system.

Hello "jeannets" and hats off for the time you dedicate to the response. I looked at the photo and searched online; in my opinion, it is a simple splitter of a TNT source or satellite (input type F) with 4 RJ 45 outputs for equipped television.
I suggest that the requester checks if there are any wall boxes in the rooms equipped with this type of RJ 45 socket instead of the classic coaxial type F.
I think the box below is for the landline phone to potentially connect a modem.
P.S.: I want to clarify that I am not a former professional but a simple user.
