Power outage, TV issue?

Hello,
I'm writing to you because yesterday we had a power outage while I was watching a series on Prime!
Since then, I no longer have access to YouTube, Prime, the Google Play Store app, or anything else because I supposedly no longer have internet! However, Netflix is working????
Do you have any idea what I can do?
We've already restarted the modem, router, etc.! The issue is just with the TV, but not with Netflix...

have you tried connecting it via cable and Wi-Fi?

The TV is connected by a basic cable! And we tested it with Wi-Fi and it doesn't work! What I don't understand is that Netflix actually works???
