Post not appearing in the feed

Hello,

I have a problem with Instagram. I usually post a photo every Thursday evening, but today the posted photo did not appear in the feed, and none of my followers could see it. I deleted it and reposted it, but the same result occurred.
I couldn't have been blacklisted because I don't use hashtags, and I don't follow or comment in bulk.

Do you have any idea what the issue might be?

    I'm reassured that the issue may be with the app; I posted a photo with my second account and had no problems. I'm trying again with my main account, and I'm still facing the same issue... I'll see if it's still the case in a few days.
