Hello,

Having Office on Windows 10, on a desktop, all the documents I open with Word have a fixed zoom of 54%. Unable to change this setting.
1°) In the ribbon, the Zoom is visible but not greyed out, so not accessible.
2°) In the status bar at the bottom right, the zoom is visible but not accessible.
3°) In File/options/quick access toolbar/the Zoom 100% option is set but not visible.

Who can help me? Thank you in advance.

    Hello,

You are presumably in Side by Side view. Check under the View tab, Page Movement tab, and switch back to Vertical view.

Thank you M@rina, but you didn't understand me well:
I can see the icons clearly, but since they are not 'grayed out', I can't select them. That's my problem!

    Well, if I understood correctly...

That being said, normally it's when it's "grayed out" that you can't select it. So I don't understand the cause and effect: it's not grayed out, so I can't select it.

Can we see a screenshot of a page with the View tab open?

    Hello,

I'm missing the piece I wanted to see, which is the group Page Movement...
