Lenovo battery indicator flashing red

Hello, my Lenovo Ideapad 110-17 ACL laptop will not turn on with the battery. It only turns on when I plug it into the mains. At that moment, the battery light is flashing red. The battery icon says 0% available while plugged in. The battery is not charging.

Configuration: Windows / Firefox 80.0

    Hi,

    Probably a hardware issue.

    Dead battery, needs to be replaced, or worse, the socket or power supply system is damaged.

    In the latter case, you would need to go through a repair technician.
