Hello,
I would like to know how to prevent a person who has access to a PowerPoint file from downloading it to their personal computer and printing it. I need to share a PowerPoint presentation that contains work I want to protect. I do not want to allow anyone to save or print it to prevent distribution. How can I do this?
Thank you

Hello
No worries, if it helped you, that's cool.
See you later

If the answer helped you: a little thank you is nice. If it's resolved: the green button at the top is better ;-)
Let him who has never opened a user manual throw the first mouse at me. -
Hello
The only way to "protect" your PowerPoint work is to convert it to an AVI video or to Flash SWF.
Prefer AVI as it is easier to read, but other formats can be found on the Internet.
See you soon

Thank you for your response. But if I convert it into a video, they will still be able to record the video even if they can no longer modify it, right?

And if you print on paper, they can make copies!!
If you say "share"... So if the person has access to the information, impossible to stop them from getting something!!
Either you trap the PowerPoint that self-destructs on its own, ha ha ha.
Or maybe you have a "Men in Black" flashy thing to make them forget everything afterwards :-)
The best solution, don’t share!!
A+
