Setting ringtone duration for Free Mobile is impossible

Hello,
I would like to know the new procedure to set the ringing duration before switching to the Free Mobile voicemail.
I performed the procedure **61*0695600012**30# but it returns the error "Connection problem or invalid IHM code.(0)
The same goes for calling **61*+33695600012**30#
I tried the procedure via the MVV application from Free and the same issue.
I don’t have the option to block premium numbers activated and I am on a 16 euro plan.
When I check the status, an IHM code is generated and it correctly indicates a duration of 20 seconds.
I tried disabling the MVV but the same result
Has anyone succeeded?

Hello,
There are several numbers for Free voicemail.
First, call *#61#
You will see the voicemail number displayed on the screen in the format +336xxxxxxxx
as well as the duration before forwarding to the voicemail.
Use the number that was displayed to make **61*06xxxxxxxx**30#
