Hello,
To install Windows on my new PC, I downloaded Windows and flashed it onto a USB key (I created a bootable Windows image on the USB key).
Once everything was installed, I formatted my key so I could use it normally again, but it now shows 32GB even though it was a 64GB originally.
I’ve tried formatting it several times in FAT, then NTFS, but nothing changes.
Where did the other 32 GB go?
Thanks a lot
Configuration: Windows / Firefox 80.0

Hi,
You need to delete the partition and create a new one.
Or erase it with Active@ KillDisk Freeware and then format it.

Right-click This PC > Manage > Disk Management
Right-click the USB drive partition > Delete Volume...
Then create a simple volume...
If that doesn’t work, use KillDisk

It depends, if you use it only on Windows, NTFS, but not compatible with a TV, PlayStation, car, etc.
For better compatibility, FAT32 is needed, but as mentioned above, not compatible for files larger than 4GB
To format in FAT32, you need a third-party tool for a USB drive larger than 32GB, Windows cannot do it.
