My changes sent via FileZilla are not showing up on my website.

Hello,
I modified text on a webpage of my site using Notepad. As usual, I took my modified HTML document from my local site and uploaded it to my remote site. When I view/edit it, it shows the correct page on my remote site. However, the modification does not appear on my site (I tried with Chrome, Safari, and Explorer). I cleared all caches and still nothing works. I deleted the history from my quick access bar and logged back into my site. I tried changing my transfer protocol, but that didn't work either.
The only thing that bothers me is that the time displayed on my remote site is not the same as my local time. The files show 1:33 while here it is 4 PM. I can't find where to change the time zone.
Could my problem be related to that?

Could you take a screenshot of your FileZilla window when you try to upload your file to the server?
You could also rename the file that is already on the server to .old
Then try to display it in your browser. If it still displays, it means you haven't modified the correct file....
If the file is not found by your browser, then try to upload it again with FileZilla.
