Tracking number starting with LD

Hello,
I live in Belgium and a month ago I ordered a DVD from France. I was provided with a tracking number that starts with the letters LD.
This package has never arrived; moreover, once it left France, I have had no tracking updates. I contacted Bpost and they told me that packages shipped from France with LD tracking sometimes take a month to arrive in Belgium.
I want to clarify that I have already ordered several items from France and they usually reach me within 3-4 days, so I don't understand why this package should take a month.
