Hello,
I purchased on June 5, 2020, order number 65837075, on the site:
https://order.shareit.com/cart/complete
a license described as "Advanced System Repair Pro - License for 3 PCs (unlimited use)".
In French, "utilisation illimitée" can only mean "without limitation of duration"!
The wording in the order is misleading; I would never have subscribed to a subscription of €40.52 per quarter!
Many users would undoubtedly have done the same if it had been clearly and solely stated that we are purchasing a 3-month subscription.
I have therefore notified Advanced System Repair Pro that:
- I refuse any continuation of the subscription,
- I denounce that this company takes payments without my formal consent,
- I ask it to immediately delete the information about my credit card that it has stored without my consent.
