Computer issue

Hello, good evening...

So here it is, I'm going to try to explain my problem as simply as possible ????
[Asus Z490-E motherboard
Samsung 860 EVO SSD
I9-10900K processor]

So recently I wanted to change my processor, motherboard, and case, and it’s done, the PC is assembled, everything looks great, awesome, but then comes the moment to start it.
And at startup, I get a little message saying "system has poSTED in safe mode"

Ahhhh already the problem, as you can see in the picture, it correctly detects my SSD and HDD, I'm mentioning this because I will come back to it...
So, I continue, I press F1 and I get into the BIOS... first of all I see in the boot options that there is only Windows Boot Manager (which doesn’t boot into Windows) and my SSD containing Windows 10 does not appear even though it is recognized in the BIOS.
I've then tried a ton of things afterwards:
-a clear CMOS by removing the battery
-unplugging the HDD and leaving only the SSD
-changing SATA ports
In short, nothing works...

I saw that clicking on Windows Boot Manager would launch the Windows diagnostic but unfortunately that doesn’t work either, but I still have access to the "advanced Windows options", and there too, I've tried everything but nothing works.
So I'm wondering if I should reinstall Windows using a bootable USB or if something else is causing the issue (which should definitely be the case).

Hello,
You can go into the BIOS/UEFI and choose "load optimized settings" from the exit menu, then save and restart.

See you!
