Phone emitting chemical odors

Hello,
I recently purchased the iPhone X. Everything is working very well!
However, I notice that my device emits chemical odors... I think this could come from some component of the device (motherboard or otherwise).
Additionally, I suffer from hypersensitivity; the smell is simply unbearable for me, which makes things even more difficult.
What should I do?

    Hello

If it is indeed an original iPhone, you can request an exchange because it is not normal at all, even "toxic".
If you bought it from anywhere other than official platforms/stores, it is probably a counterfeit and therefore you will not have any recourse.

    Best regards

If there are radiant odors... it might be the materials used (Made in China) that Apple uses... or maybe the Lithium battery...
Maybe the smell will decrease over time..?? This is not a usual question... and I don't quite see what to do through a forum..?

-- You can put it in a box with a scent that suits you, it will change its smell..
Or return it to Apple mentioning your problem...

-- You might also need to see an allergist and ask for advice...

What else can we say here..
