Flashlight button not working issue

Hello,

Following the purchase of an iPhone 4s, for the past two days, I have been unable to make the flashlight button work.
Could you please give me some solutions to make this button work? The device has not fallen or been in moisture. The flash works.

    Good evening, have you tried:
    Launching the camera
    Switching to video mode
    Turning the LED Flash to `ON`

      The problem is solved by the fact that you need to reset the device by pressing both the power button (on top) and the button at the bottom to turn it on. The apple appears and the device resets. It works
