Hello, I wanted to know if I need to pick up a new Freebox because mine is broken. I wanted to know if I should return the accessories and if I should return both boxes.

    Hello,
    If it's the same box as the one you currently have, for example, if it's the TV box of the Freebox Revolution that is broken, you only need to bring the TV box of the Freebox Revolution; just read the email that Free sent you, everything is clearly explained there.
