How to get a refund or exchange for my phone?

Hello, yesterday I bought a mobile phone without a contract at the Bouygues Telecom store, today I returned to the Bouygues Telecom store to get a refund and get another one. re  at Darty, Carrefour, and surely other big players in retail, yes it's possible, it's planned from the start that you have xx days to change your mind...  but not at Bouygues, nor any other mobile operator, especially for a phone that may have slipped from hands unexpectedly when opening the box.. or was burped to test, we don't know what people do with their brand new device..  it's the same for a memory stick for example; they will take it back if it's the seller who, while testing, realizes it doesn't work, but if you order online, opened = not returned! that's how it is!!  if it had been a cable, a pair of headphones, an earbud, yes, they would have surely exchanged it, but not a mobile.
