I would like to buy more RAM for my computer, but I don't know the maximum RAM limit for my PC, if there is one?

You have a RAM slot available with apparently 4GB built-in.

Download CPU-Z and post a screenshot of the Memory and SPD tabs.

For my part, I already have 8GB of RAM, not 4.

you have 8 GB of DDR4 2400 MHz memory
you need to open the PC to see if there is a free memory slot.

No, there is only one, but I would like to remove the one with 8 GB to replace it with 16 GB.

Have you been to the Crucial site? It gives you the maximum value in GB?
According to the Lenovo site, you can go up to 16 GB.
