Hello, my landline phone is not working anymore, meaning it cannot make calls and when I call my landline phone I can answer the call with the landline phone but it’s still on hold on my phone.
I have already reset the settings on the landline phone.

I hope you can help me.

    Hello,
    If this phone is connected to a box, reset it.
    To do this, cut the power to the box for a minute, then turn it back on.

    It's very hard to catch a black cat in a dark room.
    Especially when it's not there...
