Hello,
I have an urgent problem!
I have a loaner computer while mine is being repaired, but it shows an Aptio Setup Utility screen on startup and I can't get out of it! I'm really not good with computers, I don't know what to do, could someone help me?

    Hello,
"aptio setup utility" is the BIOS. If you land on this page, it's probably because the computer can't find the hard drive. You should be able to go to the exit tab (you navigate with the arrow keys) where you should see if it detects the hard drive.

Is this a loaner computer provided by the person who is fixing the other one?

There is no mention of a hard drive anywhere. Yes, we sent my computer to the repair service, and in the meantime, they gave me a loaner.
