hey everyone
have you tried resetting the BIOS to default settings?
like in the picture
if the hard drive appears it means it is recognized and it needs to be set as the FIRST
FAST BOOT set to ENABLE
launch csm = Enable
Find and disable secure boot (if there is one)
Deactivation of "Secure Boot" is not taken into account immediately without rebooting the PC-
By enabling Fast Boot, then setting Launch CSM to Enabled, and disabling Secure Boot, I finally accessed the BIOS.
This time, I get a black screen with "reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key."
When I restart by pressing ESC, I land on the screen to select what to reboot from: apparently, it doesn't see the hard drive!
When I go back into the BIOS to check the boot priorities, I also don't see the hard drive
Does this mean the hard drive is dead? -
